Chrysanthemum Aizan 50-Red Diamond As the description of the sake says, you can feel the sparkling brilliance from the gorgeous aroma and the slight fizz ✧*.٩٩_(ˊωˋ*)و✧*. A drink to be enjoyed on its own! It also goes well with cheese and ajillo! I think I'll finish the four-pack by the end of the day...!

Instrument Masamune is delicious either way, but the 12% alcohol content and muscat taste makes it even more crispy and light (*´ч`*). The package design has a color scheme that reminds me of muscat, and it's named Queen to match the alcohol content.

Lovely balance!!! Strongly effervescent, but not too sweet, not too clean, there's a balance that goes with everything! Goes with meat and cheese! This is a bottle I would buy again if I came across it again ☺.

Dry enough to drink even if you don't like dry! I mean, I would recommend it! The mouthfeel is gentle, and the flavor that lingers at the end gives it a dry feeling. It would go well with simmered dishes and such!

The fizz is amazing! I'm not paying attention (I should be), but it's so fizzy you can't help but cork it! In the mouth, the bubbles are strong and clean, with a slightly pleasant bitter aftertaste. I think it would go well with meats with a lot of oil and flavor!

It's round on the palate, but it's also gorgeous and fresh! When you swallow it, the aroma of fluffy rice is left behind, but it disappears quickly and beautifully. A balanced impression! Of course, you can do it on its own, and the food can be anything thick or thin. I'm so grateful to have met you this year!

Mumulo cedar drinking contest! This one is "Grazie a Dio" and is 100% male town. It's sour on the palate, but as it passes to the back of the tongue, you get a fresh aroma & taste! Darker dishes (like yakitori sauce and conger sushi) would go well with this! I want it in my hand right now!

Mumulo cedar drinking contest! This is "Dio Avita" and it's 100% Yamada Nishiki. The fresh muscat-melon flavor continues to spread on the palate, and the acidic miscellaneous flavors are It disappears smoothly with a gentle taste without feeling it at all. I could drink it forever...! The alcohol content is low at 13%, so there is no alcohol odor. Even if you're "hard to drink", this works! This may be the case. This is one drink you can enjoy in one bottle!

ラベルに「噴出注意」があるとおり、開封に15分かかりました！おりと発泡がすごい！つよい！！！お味は、特濃のお米！！ジュースのように軽くのめます！発泡もあいまって、夏ののどを潤すのにもよいです！が、その勢いでのんでしまうと、アルコール度数が15.8％なので注意が必要です。気づいたら、半分以上減っていて驚きました、、、また特濃なので、邪道かもですが、氷を入れてのむと冷える＆濃度が調整されていい感じになります！一口飲んだ後に試してみてもよいかと思います。

店頭ポップの「フレッシュ」につられて購入！活性(スパークリング)で開封注意でしたが、そこまで開けるのに苦戦はしなかったです。お味はポップのとおりフレッシュ！お米の！甘いジュース！！！夏の暑い日に楽しくのむのにピッタリです！！今回買ったのは300mlだったので、飲みきりにもちょうどよい量♪ あまり日本酒をのまない方でも、炭酸が大丈夫であれば日本酒の取っ掛かりとしてよいお酒かと思います！

Summerシリーズの飲み比べ！こちらはEmotionで、日本酒度が－2.1と甘口め。口当たりは華やか甘口ですが、苦みも若干あるので単品として甘みを楽しむよりも、食べ物と一緒にのみたい感があります。ちょっとクセのあるチーズとかとよいかもです！！

Summerシリーズの飲み比べ！こちらはEvolutionで、日本酒度が＋6.5と辛口め。口当たりは辛口なすっきり感ですが、舌の奥からのど辺りまでくると芳醇な甘みも感じる、一口で何度も楽しめる素敵なお酒です！！！口当たりすっきりさで一気にのむなら、さっぱり系、口の中で転がして芳醇さと合わせるなら濃い系の食べ物(今はピーマンとじゃこに醤油＆みりんで味付けたもの)が合う印象です！！
