It has a nice schwashy feeling and is easy to drink. The label on the back says to drink it in a wine glass! The label on the back of the bottle says, "Enjoy it with a glass of wine! Certainly a taste that goes well with Western food, Very Good!

I bought it at Marche in Sakae, Nagoya, which alternately stocks local specialties. It is so deep and easy to drink that it seems different from the one sold in the supermarket.

I bought it when I heard it was on the waiting list at the Nagoya T department store. It was easy to drink and I loved it. The Kagaya-supervised Noto chawanmushi (steamed rice with crab innards) was delicious...perfect for tonight!

This is a brand I learned about while working alone in Fukuoka. It is not easy to find, but I found it at a department store in Nagoya. It is still a delicious sake. The fruity and easy-drinking taste is just right.

I drank it all at once... We aim to make a sake that you will never get tired of drinking, with the flavor of rice and acidity at its core. It is described as "a sake that you will never get tired of drinking! The moderate shwash and 12 degrees are good - I want to repeat it.

I had heard about it before at a sake event and was looking for it. I bought it at Hida Antenna Shop! The elegant aroma spreading in the mouth, the exquisite flavor, it could be used for anything as a food sake.

Compare with Saku! Oh no, Inaroh is good! The rich umami flavor...I would drink too much of it! But I also love the fruity aroma of Saku-Minoda Mikuriya on the nose! The best today.

We chose Blue Label, recommended by the manager of the liquor store at Takaoka Station. It was easy to drink and the trout sushi and nishin no heshiko were delicious!
