Pure rice mash
It has a faint aroma. It has a complex taste that is hard to describe. We are impressed by the sake brewing process called "Ikarashi".
This is one of the bottles that we recommend to everyone.

I've been savoring the Mitsurensen Origarami for a while!
This time, it's Hyakurakumon, which is made from a different type of rice.
This time, it's Hyakurakumon, which is made from a different type of rice. The aroma is only faintly fragrant, and it's refreshingly dry.
It's a 4-pack bottle, so it will be over soon.
I've already decided on the next one............................
Junmai Ginjo Origarami Limited Edition
We are back to the Mitsurensen again!
It is sweet but has a crisp throat feeling.
It has a faint aroma.
It is the first time I drank Origarami. It has a deep aftertaste. You can feel the depth of the sake!
This is Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanda.
Recently, I was into Sanrinsei Junmai Ginjo Nakadori, but it is no longer available. I bought Hana Yuu.
It has a fruity mouthfeel and a kind of elegant taste. If you're not a fan of dry⁉︎, this is for you!
Junmai Ginjo Nakatori Limited Edition
Following the previous Junmai Ginjo, this is the Nakatori.
It has a good balance of spiciness and flavor. It's so good that I asked to keep another bottle right after drinking it.
Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu, at 60% polished rice, has a sweet mouthfeel that makes it easy to drink! And you don't feel much miscellaneous taste and fruity ministry.
