Jozennyosui in November. New rice!
The sake flavor is stronger and deeper than the standard one.

To be honest, I don't know how the marriage works (lol), but it's good.
I thought it would be refreshing, but the aroma and sweetness spread all at once!

I also like the shrimp flavored potato chips that are fried hard.
However, I don't usually eat sweets as a snack.

I thought it would be thicker because it's Yamahai, but it's not, and even hot it brings out the best in the snacks!

I drank it at a restaurant of horse sashimi in Kumamoto. It was fresh out of the refrigerator, cold and crispy. It has a nice aroma and goes well with both horse sashimi and grilled meat~!
