Fukamari season has arrived.
A bottle that goes well with simmered dishes and nabe🍶.
If you drink it as it is, it tastes somewhat unsatisfying.
It is a good match for nabe (hot pot) with kombu dashi broth as it is getting cold.
It seems to be enjoyable as a kamikan or hiya (hot sake), so I'm going to keep some for myself.
