My niece, who is a Kyotoite from this year, gave it to me as a birthday present. It is a delicious sake. The rice and kouji (rice malt) are produced in Kyoto. It is mild in the mouth, but has a strong rice flavor and a nice bitterness in the aftertaste, making it deep in flavor!

Purchased online for my own birthday and my father-in-law's kiju celebration. It is like a sparkling wine of sake. It is easy to drink and can be served with a meal or alone. It can be drunk chilled, so be careful not to get too drunk. Some of it blows out when you open the bottle, so be careful. It was delicious☺.

We went to the store to compare drinks. The clerk carefully explained the process, Tasted 6 kinds of sake. All were delicious, with different yeasts and rice. I was wondering which sake to drink with food and which to drink by itself.., I was wondering which sake to choose for each occasion... I have purchased 4 kinds of sakes☺. Thank you very much!

It is my personal favorite among sake. The sharpness, aroma, and aftertaste. I think it goes well with any kind of food. After eating oily cold yellowtail sashimi I feel that a sip of Katsuma will reset your palate while retaining the flavor of yellowtail, I feel as if my mouth is reset. And then you will be ready for the next dish☺.
