( ´´▽｀)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Yui Yui Hitachinomegumi, which we purchased on our GW trip 😀. After purchasing it, I was disappointed to learn that the brewery was destroyed by fire. I hope to drink some of the Yuki Sake Brewery's sake and hope it is rebuilt 🥺. The aroma is mild and also has a mild rice flavor, combined with a pleasant acidity 🤔 with a clean aftertaste 😚 It is a beautiful sake and I would like to have the basic Yui label next time 😊.

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

Things have been somewhat less good since yesterday😅. The sake I bought arrived yesterday, but one of the bottles was broken and the other bottles are covered in sake too 😂. It's a good thing the one that broke was one that was still in stock 😅. This morning I was washing my face and suddenly my back screamed 😫. So called "hiccups" 😂. This is what a cartoonist predicted 🤣. Let's change this bad luck by drinking 😁. It's Yui Yui's Junmai Ginjo, Omachi 🥰. The rebuilding of the brewery doesn't seem to be going very well, but this is a sake brewed by Raifuku in the same Ibaraki prefecture 🍶. Looks delicious from the sweet aroma 🤤. Not extremely fruity, but sweet with a hint of pineapple 🥰. From there, various tastes such as bitterness and spiciness spread out 😋. You can enjoy the rich and slightly wild taste of OMACHI 😍. I think I'm going to end up drinking too much 😁.

This is the second sake from Raifuku Brewery (the first will come later). The first day the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet, bittersweet taste with a very slight gasiness. On the second day, the fruity aroma increased! The second day, the fruity aroma increases! The bitterness tends to diminish while the sweetness increases along with it, making it more delicious!
