Unlike the image of hiyaoroshi, it is quite fruity.
The aroma is gorgeous, with a pear-like aroma typical of Yokoyama, and the taste is not robust but calm.
It is not heavy, but it has a calm taste. It goes well with figs and is very tasty.
My favorite Nagasaki Iki Yokoyama opening: ✨️
This time SILVER1814
A blend of Association 1801 and 1401 yeast,
Sake rice is Yamadanishiki
The aroma is sweet and sour, reminiscent of apples.
The sake is easy to drink, with a fruity sweetness accompanied by a refreshing acidity,
The aftertaste is satisfying with deep rice flavor.
The aroma through the nose is sweetness of koji.
I felt the sweetness straight away among all the Yokoyama I have drunk so far! The lingering complex umami is so strong that you can drink it as if chewing it without getting tired of it 😌.

I've never tasted such a delicious akitogi!
It's delicious!
At a nearby bar.
Yokoyama hiyaoroshi!
Very fruity, mellow, and full of flavor.
I was impressed after one sip! So good!
With grilled sardines.
It's autumn!
Sake made with 80% Gin-no-sato and 20% Yamadanishiki from Oki. It is slightly cloudy. The reserved swishing sound amplifies the anticipation. It has a good harmony of acidity and sweetness, and goes down the throat nicely. Personally, I like the taste.
Sake from Iki Island, Nagasaki. 100% Yamada Nishiki. This is the first time I have had it. It is not so spicy as to be super-hot, and sometimes has a touch of sweetness, so it is well-balanced. It is a sake that should be drunk very chilled.
Clear aroma like autumn fruits.
It has a sweetness like muscat and a clean aftertaste. It was refreshing like a summer sake, but with a delicious rice flavor.
