Today I went to the local liquor store for the first time in a week. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
So, I decided to buy some cheap and tasty sake 😊.
Yokoyama, I know it's always there but you can't go wrong ❗️
Price is in the 1600 yen range including tax ✨.
It's fire-roasted but has a slight gas, sweet juicy with a slight bitterness or not, just beautiful and delicious 😋.
The first sip is a bit sweet, but the more you drink, the more it goes down smoothly and you can go on drinking it as much as you want.

It was last year too, but we are so grateful to have them with us if the timing is right. ☀️
Calm and fresh aroma of pear and green apple type.
The palate is clear and light. It is pleasant to drink, flowing cleanly and vividly.
When tasted, it has a soft and aromatic tropical fruit, melon, and pear-like juicy sweetness and roundness.
The refreshing acidity and spiciness flow through it and finish it off crisply.
It has the flavor of tropical fruits and a cool, refreshing feeling like a clear blue sky. It is a delicious taste that brings everlasting summer islands to mind. 🏝️

Tomorrow, we are going to harvest potatoes called "Digima" from Nagasaki prefecture in our vegetable garden. I don't know how much they have grown, but naturally, the pre-festival celebration will smell strongly of Nagasaki Prefecture's Yokoyama Muscat type. It is fruity. After a 23-year absence, it will be "revived" in 2018 and rise to the top class in Nagasaki Prefecture. Just hearing this story makes it even more delicious. Tomorrow is the harvest festival, what shall we drink 😅?
