Fresh apple and white grape-like flavors.
The alcohol is perceptible, but it is not heavy at 19 degrees Celsius, but rather smooth.

It's in Ome city, west of Tokyo.
The taste has a slight sourness, followed by a sweet fullness of rice 😄.
The aftertaste is refreshing 😁.
I paired it with tofu 😁.
It is an easy drinking sake 🍶.

Sawanoi-en, a sake brewery attached to the brewery, is famous as a spot where you can savor a cup of sake on your way home from a hike.
Made from Koshiibuki, a member of the Koshihikari family. It tasted fresh and light, as is typical for a sake made from sake.
