It does not say "ginjo" or "daiginjo.
It has a story that leads from a rich mouthfeel to a fruity aftertaste.
The alcohol content is 19%.
Easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content.
It's a raw sake, but it's not that assertive.
It is stable and drinkable.
It still has the strength of a nama sake, but it can be drunk as a sake that does not compete on taste or aroma!

Kinjirushi was once a second-grade sake, and is a representative brand of Washinoo, which can be said to be "when you think of Washinoo, you think of Kinjirushi. It has a sweet aftertaste that leaves a relaxing aftertaste, making Washinoo's Kinjirushi tasty only after a hard day's work.
Sweetness to the fullest. Sugar candy-like sweetness. Moderate acidity. Good as a food sake.
Hachimantai City, Iwate Prefecture Wasino-o
Local sake at a roadside station during a trip to Iwate Prefecture.
Sometimes I'm glad to have such encounters
It is rather sharp and drinkable like water. The image is similar to that of Niigata sake. It has a refreshing start, and at the end, it has umami, or the feeling of a rush when you drink alcohol, rather than sweetness. In other words, it's like a cheap cold sake from an izakaya (Japanese-style pub).
No repeat purchase.
On the Shinkansen on the way back from a business trip to Iwate.
It is a very old warehouse, dating back to Bunsei 12.
It is served cold, but has a gentle aroma of rice.
It is aromatic, sweet, and spicy, with a well-balanced rice flavor.
The second is Eagle's Tail.
The second one is Washino-o, which I received at an off-line meeting in Morioka in 2021.
It's been a while since we last met!
This one is also rather similar to the Yaezakura I mentioned earlier.
