Sake from Oshu City, where Shohei Otani's parents live!
Before arriving at the inn, we made sure to visit Shohei Otani's rice field art!
So there must have been a connection 🤭.
The taste is certainly the spiciest of the three!
But not too spicy!
We had Maesawa beef and were very satisfied!
After visiting Hiraizumi, let's go back to Yamagata 🚖.
To those who participated in the off-line meeting in Morioka, I hope you are doing well in this hot weather.

Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic), Brewer's alcohol
Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius
Rice polishing ratio: 70 しんしんSYThe second is Eagle's Tail.
The second one is Washino-o, which I received at an off-line meeting in Morioka in 2021.
It's been a while since we last met!
This one is also rather similar to the Yaezakura I mentioned earlier.

Sake selection was a bit disappointing.
There was no famous Iwate sake!
We tried to select 3 out of 5 kinds of sake!
I tried to choose the sake that I had never had before as much as possible!
First, the retro-labeled Ryusen Yaezakura Special Junmai Sake!
The first taste is sweet, but as you drink it, you can feel the rice flavor and it becomes a little spicy!
