Purchased at Shinagawa station of Shinkansen. 301 yen.
It is 70% polished rice, so it has some miscellaneous flavors, but it is easier to drink than expected,

Mellowed by drinking it in a tin. It has a refreshing taste that does not interfere with meals.
At my usual restaurant 🍶.
Nada no Nama Ippon" is a kind of "Nada no Nama Ippon", which is also available at Hakutsuru and other places, but I checked it out 👇 and it's just like that!
The name "Nada-no-no-nama-ichibon" is known to refer to the pure, unadulterated sake made in the Nada region of Hyogo, one of the most famous sake brewing regions in Japan.
I didn't know that!
The moment you drink it, you can feel the alcohol.
It's so cool that it feels like the sake it is!
I had drunk so much that I don't remember what it tasted like anymore 😹.
Opened slightly chilled. Nose is sweet: bubblegum and cotton candy. Flavor is full and pushes harder at the finish. More bubblegum with some thin cherry and a full finish. Texture is thick and lingers.
Not my favorite by itself but would be better with food.
Packaged sake new development.
Dry, refreshing, slightly acidic.
It tastes like sake, but it does not smell like the sake and is easy to drink.
I prefer it cold rather than room temperature. I would like to try it hot next time.
I bought this sake for 1168 at the drugstore but 1826 at the brewery's online store, and I always wonder how the price of packaged sake is. I always wonder how the price of packaged sake is.
1168 including tax (2L)
Tasted chilled. Very mild flavor up front with a smooth and clean texture. Finish is mild as well and heats up pepper at the end. An excellent table sake for sure.
This is their ginjo that tastes much better than the first I had from them. It’s more dry but in a crisp and clean way. Velvety on the palette as it coats the tongue well with its viscosity. Clean water, melon, then midway it’s papaya, yogurt, cream, and finally minerals on the end. 7.8/10
Very well balanced. Medium body. After a very more sips tastes a bit heavy. Mineral and floral notes. The more you sip the more dry and heavy it is. I have a feeling this sake was not stored properly because it should be a higher quality but has a significant bite and notes of rubbing alcohol 6.1/10
Had once before but didn't take notes on first open. Tasted slightly chilled. Lots of mushroom and umami flavor right up front. Smooth and thick texture, with a mellow peppery finish. Undertones of eclair all the way through. Very drinkable.
