Recently established yakitori restaurant
Drink lukewarm
Weak, full aroma.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a strong dryness.
The dryness lingers in the mouth for a while.
When served hot, it is easy to pair with yakitori, but when the temperature is closer to chilled, the sake itself becomes noticeably bland.

Dry sake
Also got a sake stamp label
The day after purchase, I drank it. It was a different impression from the tasting.
Another impression.
It has a gentle sweetness and is delicious,
I should have bought 720ml instead of 300ml.
Pretty mild not too sweet not too dry. I feel it’s aged a bit from Hyogo over to Bangkok. There are a lot of better Nihonshu’s out there but for the price this one is really good with some bbq chips and tropical fruits pineapple and guava which pairs well with this. Hints of melon as well.
