Today we hung out in Umeda from noon.
My wife asked me if I wanted to have some meat for dinner, as I have been feeling tired lately. So I went to a yakiniku restaurant for the first time in about eight years.
I am not very good at beef.
So, this restaurant doesn't have a lot of Sake, but I wanted to drink some, so I had this 🎵.
The aroma is not so strong.
When I put it in my mouth, it tasted like something I have had in the past.
The refreshing sweetness and spiciness drained away the fat from the beef, and I thought it was just delicious.
It was a meal that reminded me that the best part of sake is that it tastes great with a meal.

I love yakiniku and used to go to yakiniku a lot, but last year I started drinking sake and stopped going to yakiniku 🤣.
It's hard to match sake with yakiniku, so I mainly eat Japanese food now😇.

I'm sure there are some yakiniku restaurants these days that have a good selection of sake, but if you like sake, you'll probably stay away from yakiniku 💦.
