Today I stopped by Kibune-san on my way back from pedaling my bicycle🚲 to go to Yamada Denki, which is a bit far away. I asked him what kind of sake goes well with fish at night, and he recommended this one. My thighs are so sore, so I quickly open a bottle to distract myself (lol).
The aroma is slightly like sake. The sweetness, umami, and richness of the rice spread in the mouth. The flavor is richer than expected. It is like eating rice.
Served with grilled mackerel. It is really a good sake for a meal with the mackerel's delicious flavor.

It was nice to meet you in Iwate Prefecture, except for the side trip to Hachimantai. For breakfast and lunch, I visited the ruins of a castle in Hanamaki, the Marukan Restaurant that I had longed for, and a hot spring in Dai!

When I opened the bottle, it had a strong aroma of rice. It is somewhat like amazake (sweet sake).
It is thick and creamy on the palate. The sweet, spicy, acidic, and astringent flavors are well balanced in the richness, making it a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
The milky sweetness in the spicy, sour and astringent taste is addictive 👍.
A great drink after being healed in a hot spring ✨.
The onsen was so pleasant that I could feel the quality the moment I entered and it healed me from the core!
