I bought it at a Kumamoto fair at a supermarket in the basement of the Luxe Aire in Osaka Station, where they were having a tasting.
The rice is Hananishiki and Yamadanishiki.
It is light and dry, but has a hint of sweetness and acidity.
I guess it is a food type.
It doesn't have any outstanding characteristics, but it's not bad 🤔.
