The aroma is modest but has a refreshing green apple aroma. The taste is refreshing. The acidity is also beautiful and easy to drink. Best as a food sake.

Taji @ Gotanda. Another clean, clear drink. Raw octopus with yuzuki wasabi. Alcohol content 15%, rice polishing ratio 70%. Made with Kami no Ho rice from Mie Prefecture.
Clear and colorless with a very faint haze. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of lychee, slightly blue, reminiscent of gourd, and full-bodied, reminiscent of lactic acid beverages. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Smooth mouthfeel. The smooth mouthfeel is soon followed by a firm acidity and astringency. The nose has a gentle hint of incense. The aftertaste is relatively sharp and short.
This is one from a round trip around the Kii Peninsula involving my friends.
I specified only sake breweries as destinations....
By the way, my friend does not accept alcohol😅.
Sorry....
I will drive when we go north 🤣.
At a liquor store in Mie prefecture.
I had a lot of trouble deciding....
There are so many kinds, I can't decide ‼️
I want to go back to this liquor store....
Hanamemimi Special Junmai Dry Crisp Sunshine
Light, green apple-like aroma.
Dry, but with a hint of sweetness and acidity. Then there is a bitterness and a slightly complex taste. The slightly long aftertaste goes away gently and smoothly.
