As the description says, it really is a new sensation, like drinking yogurt!
I think it's a must for those who like sweet taste...!
It was so good that I bought it as a souvenir♪
I discovered Yitky at my first liquor store, where I was shocked after drinking it on an autumn trip to Niigata.
The aroma is grain-like with a thin, blurred yellow tinge. The taste is...yes, yes, this sourness! The one I had in Niigata had a strong yogurt-like flavor, but this one had a spreading sourness like that of a sake brewed in a traditional sake brewery. I was surprised at how delicious it was.
It has a rich sweet taste, followed by a sour taste and ends with a sharp finish.
It has a yogurt-like acidity and a honey-like sweetness.
It tastes like a noble white wine. In fact, it is a little yellow.
Purchased on a trip to Niigata.
I couldn't hold out until I got home and drank it in the hotel for the evening.
This is no longer a white wine.
For me, it was such a shock that it changed my concept of sake.
Just be careful, it is so delicious that you might gobble it up.
It is sweet and sour, but not too fruity or white wine-like, with a sweet grain vinegar-like nuance.
This may differentiate it from other sweet and sour sake, but the negative point is that it has a strong alcohol taste for its 12% alcohol content.
You've got a lot of flavor these days, even with low alcohol! (Not a word I'd use for the "it" key)
The top notes are custard cream first, followed by muscat, blueberry and pomegranate when swirled.
The attack is very sweet, and then the acidity rises from the edge of the tongue. They fight each other and dominate the tongue.
The finish is yogurt.
