Today there was a comparison of Obaste Masamune, so I drank it! The aroma is 🟨 only a peculiar Junmai aroma: ❗️ The first sip is 🟨a little dry but sharp, just like a Japanese sake 🍶. 🟦Slightly pungent on the tongue, but clean and light. 🟥Not strong but clean ginjo flavor ‼️ They are all dry sake and great as a food sake: ❗️

Today I was sent this by the hanpukai, Obaste Masamune? 😆 great name 😆. I made a choko (sake cup) at a pottery workshop when I was in Nagano and got it colored and sent to me so I'll give it a try 🤩. It's pretty good when you color it 😆. I had it with oden today, so even though it's dry, it's a good sake for a meal 👍. It's getting to be a good season 👍I'll have a nabe tomorrow 😋.

Nagano Prefecture Junmai Namaisake Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 14%. Purchased on a trip to the northern part of Nagano Prefecture. The brand name seems to be "Ubasute Masamune". The color is yellowish. It has a strong koji aroma and tastes almost like old sake.

☆☆☆☆☆ A delicious sake that doesn't have an "imbibing" feel to it, but is totally drinkable. Maybe it's better at room temperature? It's a good sake in general.
