Terroir sake brewed with Echizen-machi rice by Niu Shuzo of Echizen-machi, Fukui! Asukai The sake here is easy to drink and quite dry and delicious! This is a new item, a pure rice sake with no additives! The label is impressive! I'm going to explore the frontier because it's hard to find reviews on the net! I'm going to pioneer the frontier! Interesting specs: no additive yeast. That means only brewed? 🧐 The aroma is a blue melon type? Mild but beautiful! When you drink it, the umami acidity is strongly assertive! But it's on very clean water and disappears quickly with the sweetness. It is probably quite dry, but there is no cloying taste and it is very easy to drink! It is very robust even when served cold!
