Kuroryu Shuzo is a Daigin brewery, but that does not mean that the Kutouryuu we drink every day has been skimpy!
The clean taste and clean mouthfeel of Junmai sake is still there! It's a sake that speaks for itself, a sake that can be drunk without being overbearing, and for that I am grateful!
The cheapest sake is also delicious, but it really does have a little bit of an "alu" taste to it. This one is soft and delicious!

Here's another one of our drinking comparisons.
It has a dark, sweet, caramelized taste that is typical of nobori-shu, but not sticky 😊.
And it has a taste of western liquor that reminds me of whiskey or bourbon 🥃.
Plus, I experienced a strange sweetness because of the sweetness 🤗.
This sake was given to me as a drink service when I boarded a Grand Class bullet train.
The sake has no peculiarities and goes into the mouth without a hitch, and finishes cleanly.
It has a strong umami flavor that goes well with the Japanese light meals served in the Grand Class cabin.
Since it is a 1-ounce bottle, it is easy to drink up quickly.
Kutouryuu is another brand of Kuroryu. This one is more reasonably priced than Kuroryu, and is said to be a bottle suitable for everyday dining.
Made from Gohyakumangoku grapes grown in Fukui, it has a refreshing melon-like taste with a moderate sweetness. It has a firm core and a moderately dry aftertaste. It goes perfectly with fish dishes. It is the best food sake and you will never get tired of drinking it. I think the flavor will expand even more if it is heated.
