Lightly cloudy with a hint of sweetness. It has a gorgeous aroma that can only be achieved with aleso. The easy-to-drink aftertaste cuts through easily. The alcohol content is high at 18%. Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, and the rice polishing ratio is 65%.

The aroma is subdued❓. When you drink it, it is faintly melon 🍈😊. The sweetness is moderate, not too spicy and smooth❗️ It's an aluzoe, but it's not too alcoholic and it's gentle 👍 but it's too gentle and it's not enough🤔. I've heard that it's recommended to drink it warmed up, so I'm going to try that next time❗️Overall, it was a light and easy to drink delicious sake😊.

★★★★/ Nigori-shu Nigori-zake is not really my favorite kind of sake. There's a unique sweetness to Nigorizake. Like amazake. It has that unique sweetness. But is it easy to drink? It's a bit high in alcohol content.

Dry and refreshing? But it felt heavy, was it because of the 18% alcohol? No, it was because I was already drunk to a very good degree 🤪. I don't remember much 🙏. I'm sure it was delicious 😁.

I went to Nihonbashi Honten, Mihama-cho, Fukui Prefecture, with a friend to drink all the sake in Fukui. We aim to drink 4 kinds of sake all-you-can-drink, all the way around. 3/4 Kutouryuu Itsuhin Aromatic, strong taste, very drinkable. Delicious 🍶. The price seems to be very reasonable for a family budget, but very satisfying.

I've been drinking 365 days a year for the past few years with no rest days and I haven't had a Kutouryuu. Anyway, I bought the cheapest regular sake. It has a slightly fruity taste, so it is good chilled or heated. It's like a nightly drink.
