The aroma is subdued❓. When you drink it, it is faintly melon 🍈😊. The sweetness is moderate, not too spicy and smooth❗️ It's an aluzoe, but it's not too alcoholic and it's gentle 👍 but it's too gentle and it's not enough🤔. I've heard that it's recommended to drink it warmed up, so I'm going to try that next time❗️Overall, it was a light and easy to drink delicious sake😊.

The one I didn't drink and give him a long time ago. It's a famous sake from Fukui. A definite one. It is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Fukui Prefecture.

This is my first time drinking Kutouryuu. I bought it at a liquor store after seeing a pop-up that said it was good chilled or heated. When I got home and looked at the label, I realized it was an alcoholic sake, which I don't like. ⤵️ When I drank it, I didn't mind so much! I didn't notice any of the nasally alcohol smell I had tasted 40 years ago! Alcohol content: 15%. Sake degree: +3 Rice polishing ratio: 65 Rice used: Fukui rice

Easy to drink Slightly fruity at first, but not peculiar, and in a good sense, a refreshing drink that leaves no aftertaste. Different from the Sharaku I drank before, this sake is easy to drink.

I had a chance to pass by the Kuroryu Sake Brewery and stopped by the brewery. I bought a sake cup and this sake as a commemorative gift. I felt guilty about drinking sake with ice, but I gave it a try. I had no impression that the sake was diluted by adding ice. The sake is well chilled and refreshing, with a well-balanced aroma of cucumber, umami, and sweetness. The technique of designing this sake with the assumption that it will be served with ice is brilliant 👏.
