The successor to "Kuroryu Hiyashizake" which was sold by Kuroryu until 1997. On the rocks. Mild aroma. Grapefruit and melon. The aftertaste is crisp with a moderate umami.

It was my first time to drink this sake! It was dry and went well with yakiniku! I've never had this sake before!
It seemed to be as refreshing and easy to drink as the Sentori we drank at the same restaurant.
(Perhaps it was because I was drunk, but I could not tell the difference clearly.)
