Warmed up (40 degrees), it is delicious. It is easy to drink as the alcohol feeling does not come to the forefront. I think I'm drinking it the right way since it's supposed to be warmed up. It is a good sake for warming up.
55° is tangy, and the alcohol taste goes into the nose.
50° doesn't give me the same impression, but there is less alcohol on the nose.
I think I prefer 40°, myself.

It's been a long time since I've been to Kutouryuu.
This was my third drink at BACHIYA Fuchu, which serves sake, oysters, and sometimes oden.
With a rice polishing ratio of 65%, this sake is a gem that is both robust and easy to drink.
I want to drink it again.
After feasting my eyes at the liquor store, I went to my usual favorite yakitori restaurant.
The first drink was a Kutouryuu from the Kuroryu Sake Brewery.
It has been a long time since I had a drink other than Kuroryu.
First, the aroma.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a traditional Japanese sake taste, but at the same time, it has an exquisite sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness.
This sake is supposed to be heated, and it certainly looks delicious when heated.
It was a very tasty sake with a smooth and clean mouthfeel that you would not expect from a junmai sake.
We were served oden today.
I haven't encountered Fukui sake since I started drinking sakewa, but I finally found it. I finally found it 😁.
The cool label made me think it might be dry, but it's really spicy 🤣.
But it's refreshing so I can drink it at all, but if you look closely, you can see the word 😳 on the ice.
It's 18 degrees, so it must be spicy 👍.
I recommend drinking it on the rocks, but as it's getting colder, I'd like to warm it up 🤣.

A brand name of Kuroryu Shuzo, a leading sake brewer in Fukui Prefecture. An easy-drinking sake with a modern elegance. It has a mellow taste with a good balance of acidity.
