Eikofuji given to me as a souvenir from a trip to Japan 🎍 at New Year's.
It was very easy to drink and my favorite sake.
I watched the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) and before I knew it, it was gone... lol

Kutouryuu" was prepared for me when I went back to my in-laws' house.
It's enough that they always prepare delicious meals for us, but they also prepare 💦sake.
When the food is good, I end up drinking. LOL.
I drink when I have fun. LOL!
Bad wife who drinks while making excuses all the time. lol
Of course, the sake was delicious.
(Sorry I don't remember much of the taste ・・・・ 🥺)

Sake arrived from an acquaintance who is posted to Yamagata!
This is not the kind of sake you sell outside.
〜It's not for sale outside.
I was so excited that I was determined to send it to him.
I've only had Fuji Sake Brewery's Sake Mirai, so I'm looking forward to it 😊.
It was easy to drink, and the whole family enjoyed it together.
But the sake from Tohoku is so smooth and somehow it fits in your body. ♥️
The meal of the day was as follows,
Salad with pickles
Fried Tuna with Tatsuta
Oden
simmered turnip
Tuna and avocado
Rice topped with sakura shrimps

The taste is surprisingly fruity🍎 and refreshing.
It is so refreshing that I would gobble it up by itself even without rice.
I have never had this type of drink before, so it is very fresh!
I would like to try the other types again because they are interesting and wonderful!

Fukui Sake No. 3 🍶.
It is sweet and easy to drink, perfect for a mid-meal drink!
Today I drank it with meat and tofu 🤤.
Tomorrow we'll have Britelli 🐟.
It's fun to cook with sake!
I try to buy things I don't usually buy, like crab miso, kalasumi, seared firefly squid, etc.
I wonder what you guys are going to make for New Year's sake!

Today we had the rest of the Sentori and Haneya's raw sake 🍶.
I tried to compare them with sake.
My first Haneya!
The sweetness lingered on my tongue at first, and the aftertaste was very sake-like.
Personally, I prefer Sengoku,
I think it depends on the food to be served with it.
However, it was delicious 😊.

My impression is that it has sweetness and a clean aftertaste.
It is easy to drink and I already drank half of it today lol.

Tsuneyama Hatsuzume Zuichi was released on November 4.
It has a beautifully effervescent and refreshing taste.
When I was told it was a new sake, I bought two bottles without hesitation.
