Bought on impulse on the way home from a New Year's party in Shinbashida (sweat).
The first impression was that it was easy to drink with a clean taste, and a sour aftertaste that lingered in the aftertaste.
The label looks familiar.
Probably because I had bought it before and remembered how good it tasted 😋 and decided to buy it ✨.
I looked it up and found that I had had it 2 years ago😌.
Again, I felt a slight release of gas when I opened the bottle.
It doesn't feel like bubbles on the glass, but there is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue.
The sweetness is not so strong.
Very easy to drink👍
I haven't signed up for Mujin no sake yet, but I think I'll reserve a bottle of Koshinohomare as well 😊.
