Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑥
Koshinohomare, which you may not see very often
We drank
90YELLOW Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
90% rice polishing ratio! It has a punchy taste, but sweet and juicy 😋.
I thought Hazuki Minori rice is very rare.
It's a very early rice, so they can produce new rice and new sake at this time of the year!
Foamy Junmai Sake Awasshu
It doesn't have the pickle feeling sometimes found in this kind of sake and is normally easy to drink!
Junmai Niigata Namikyo
Delicious with a delicious umakuchi taste 😋.
Daiginjo-Unfiltered raw sake Niigata limited edition
Refreshing and gorgeous, but with a quiet assertiveness.
90YELLOW was out of stock when I arrived and the brewery didn't have it in stock. I bought it 😊.
Nemuchi-san was also a big fan of this sake 😁.
bouken, good evening 😁.
You drink a lot 😁😍
I drank a cold sake Koshi no Homare the other day at Izakaya 🏮 Akagakiya 👌I was reminded of it by bouken's post!
Poured in a bottle but no label!
Doshiri punch sweet and juicy 😁.
Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA (2)
Koshinohomare] booth.
I was curious about this booth, so I took a peek and found that two types of sake had been sold out since yesterday.
I was told that they would be replenished in the evening, but I was allowed to taste them.
Koshinohonor 90YELLOW Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake.
It was rich and punchy, but had a nice gentle flavor of rice on the palate.
Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-Shu Niigata Limited Edition
It was refreshing and refreshing, like a good sake, but I think I drank it in the wrong order.
The second time.
It was replenished surprisingly quickly.
Foamy Junmai Sake Awasshu.
It is a low alcohol, second fermentation in bottle, and is more like a lactic acid bacteria tasting, slightly effervescent juice than a rice champagne. Good for a toast.
Junmai Niigata Namemoto
Made from Koshinohomare's original daiginjo rice, "Koshigaraku".
It has a beautiful, slightly hard mouthfeel. The acidity is moderate, and it is mellow and delicious.
It seems to have been sold out after it was posted by X and others.
I wonder what kind of influential person posted it 🤔...
Sweetness and acidity typical of the original sake, similar to lactic acid beverages. Good freshness. Sake that is alive. Slightly fizzy when opening the bottle.
☀️
Sake with Niigata-like rice🌾 flavor and elegant sweetness🍶.
It has a clear throat and does not interfere with the sweetness.
It is a refreshing sake, but has depth thanks to the sweetness 🍶.
Since I couldn't go home for Obon this year, I went back to my hometown, Nagaoka, to watch the fireworks 🚅.
Waiting for me was the local staple sake 🍶.
The aroma is mild 🎵
Slightly sweet with a thickened taste 😉.
Pungent sourness comes in later ✨.
A bottle with great sharpness 🍶.
Served with local fireworks 🎆.
First of all, the aroma was spicy for a moment, so I drank it thinking it was spicy, but it was very sweet, with a nice sweetness and a sharp acidity, and the aftertaste was clean and refreshing.
It is easy to drink and delicious.
You can taste the flavor of rice in this sake.
I wonder if the initial spicy aroma was just my imagination or what.
