A green apple-like aroma spreads in the mouth. The aroma is restrained, and when you put it in your mouth, it has the same green apple aroma. Although the rice is 90% polished, it is crisp and clean with no cloying taste. The price can be kept low because a lot of rice can be used.
It is recommended to drink it cold. If you continue drinking it, you will be left with a slightly heavy bitterness in the aftertaste, but in general, it gives a good impression.

I tasted a bottle of 90PINK at the event (it was really good), but it was not sold at the site. After searching all over the Internet, I found that a certain liquor store in Niigata had it in stock, so I went there last week to buy it.
I went to buy it last week and tried it...I really like it. The first sip is full-blown modern fresh fruity, but the classical bitterness, miscellaneous tastes, and sweetness soon catch up with it and accentuate it nicely. The rice seems to be unusually (dare I say it?) polished to 90%, but I can see why...it's a winner...wonderful!
