Thanks for your time. Here it is tonight. Classy aroma, discreet sweetness, fresh mouthfeel. It is delicious. I can drink it easily.

Soka Nakamuraya 1,595 yen
Rice polishing ratio 65%, 12% alc.
Acidity 2.7, N7 yeast Niigata
The acidity is quite strong. Apple taste, slight seme smell.
No miscellaneous taste, low alcohol content, lactic acidity
Delicious.
I would definitely buy it again!
The label is cute.
A gem I got at Kanazawa-ya in Uonuma. Slightly carbonated and watery. A little spicy. Maybe because it has 16% alcohol. The rice is Koshigaraku? I wonder if it is made from cold-weather rice. The taste is similar to that of "Kamizen Nyosui". In other words, it is a juice. It has a short aftertaste and can be drunk smoothly like water.
Postscript. A day after opening the bottle, it mellows out and has a bitter and umami taste. This is what I like about nama-zake!
A refreshing drink.
Light and fresh flavor with a refreshing acidity.
The sweetness is moderate and well balanced.
There is a sense of sharpness.
Taste 3.5/5
13 degrees Celsius in the original bottle.
Sweet apple-like aroma. Light acidity. Plump with a sense of rice.
Light bitterness.
A well-made sake that is common these days.
It has been a while. I just returned from Mexico.
Purchased at "FURUMAI" in Atre, Kawasaki station. I was attracted by the cute bottle design and bought it immediately (I think I was the last one to say "Buy it!" I think I was told to buy it).
I chose the sweet one because I have recently been into cloudy, super sweet sake (like Sanuki Kuraudai), but it was not super sweet, but really just the right sweetness. It's not super sweet, but just the right amount of sweetness. It's also fruity and goes with everything. I want to drink it again!
Slight green apple aroma. The bubbles are quite noticeable. The taste is fruity and refreshing, like green apples, with a light aftertaste unique to sake. Seems to be a favorite among women.
It's a top choice among Niigata sake breweries in my opinion, and it's called "Qn", which is written "kyun". The back of the label says it is a sweet, sour and fruity light type of sake... it is indeed sweet, sour and fruity... but... in a word, it is very thick. It's Furuboriyumu. It's delicious. I'm looking forward to seeing what they will serve at the sake festival!
Normally, I would have had the Risshun Asa Shibori Naruto Tai, but I'll be pissed off later if I drink it alone, so today I'm going to open a bottle of Qn that I bought with the label 🤗.
After opening the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of pears or apples 👏.
The sensation of the modest sweet and sourness that disappears quickly makes me feel so faint that I almost feel like I'm going to get sick 😌.
The low alcohol content makes it light, and it tastes more like a sports drink than an alcoholic beverage.
It tastes more like a sports drink than an alcoholic beverage! I think I can drink it without being ready to drink it ✨.
I was drinking it with a little bit of it in my mouth, but maybe it was my imagination that it tasted a little like Shinmasa... Maybe I drank too much...
I've had a lot going on this month, and when I checked my app, I saw that I've gone from 5 days a week to 4.5 days a week 😩.
I must have overdone it...!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊
This sweet and sour taste makes me rather want to drink it alone 😎.
I have weak self-control, so if I let it go at 4.5, I'm afraid I'll cheat 😅 I envy those who can drink it healthy every day!
