Koshinohomare 90 Yellow Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-zake
Purchased at the Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA in Abeno Harukas.
It was sold out at one point, but was scheduled to arrive in the evening, so I went to another booth and tasted it.
I had it cold.
When the bottle was opened, there was a short gas sound.
The color is clear with a light yellow tinge.
The top aroma is a strong alkali aroma.
The mouthfeel is a little smooth.
It has a firm acidity with a hint of sweetness from the robust umami of the rice, giving it a very punchy impression.
The aroma that spreads after swallowing is citrusy, and the aftertaste is sweet and bitter like grapefruit.
Hazuki Minori is a new sake made from newly harvested rice, with a rice polishing ratio of 90%.
The new sake has a freshness and slightly alcoholic taste that is typical of new sake.
Ingredients: Rice, Rice Koji (Kashiwazaki City)
Polishing ratio: 90
Alcohol content: 13%.

This is a souvenir from Niigata for my son. He thought it was perfect for my weakness for the word "limited edition" 🤣.
I thought it would have a classic taste, but it was clean, fresh, and calm. The aleso is not too much of a problem.
When heated to lukewarm, the flavor broadened and it was perfect as a food sake.
It was perfect as an in-between-dinner drink.
I bought a Mister Donut 🍩 for the first time in a long time and when I got home, Pikachu's ears were cracked 😂 I hid the cracked part and took a photo 📷.

This is a new sake from Koshinohomare 🍶.
This is the first time to drink Koshinohomare.
The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and sweet.
Fresh and juicy on the palate.
It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate.
This sake is not at all like Niigata 😊.
It was delicious 🍶✨.

This one was also a gift!
This time it's a fresh stored sake... I was told to drink it cold, so I made sure it was nice and cold!
Well, what does it taste like?
Mmmm..! Sweet!
The sweetness comes in a flash, followed by a weak bitterness that finishes it off.
The aftertaste is slightly sweet, but it's not that sweet, and it's refreshing.
I got the impression from a certain manga that brewer's alcohol is not good, but it is tasty enough, and I can recommend it!
Drinking various brands of sake, I feel like I'm traveling around Japan with sake.
