Shikumo alone is rare, but to have a draft sake too 👍‼️ swishy go 👍 もーちゃんTriple threat of sour, sweet and juicy 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏. もーちゃんLimited to Awashima, Niigata Prefecture. Sake made with water and seawater from Awashima🍶.

It has a fresh, apple-like taste 🍶.
This is the "Gekokoukoujo" series. Personally, I voted for this one 💡. もーちゃんSweet smell with a clean aftertaste🍶.
The "Gekkokujo Series" made by challenging Touji もーちゃんThe first time I had the chance to try Gosen's famous sake 🍶. もーちゃんSteamed clams made with the well-known Yoshinogawa Selected Dry Mouth and Selected Dry Mouth (😋).

I knew it had the sweetness and umami of Koshihikari rice 🍶. もーちゃんEven Jinkuro was on the all-you-can-drink list🤩.
The sweetness of Koshihikari and the mildly dry taste is exquisite ✌️ もーちゃんWhat a surprise, there was also an all-you-can-drink Junmai Daiginjo of Kameda Sanjyo 😁🤩🤩.
It is even more profound than the Daiginjo 🤩‼️ もーちゃんI never thought I could drink Kameda samadhi. I'm so impressed😭
