It feels drier than usual Toichi. The aftertaste is also firm. Slightly bitter.

Magical Mirai 2024 on board the plane for the Fukuoka expedition.
I was supposed to arrive in Fukuoka on the evening of the previous day, but the typhoon forced me to change my plans...
I bought a shareholder's discount ticket on Yahoo! Auctions and changed to first class.
Toichi is a local sake and my husband loves it.
It's a refreshing summer sake.
It has a strong alcoholic taste and makes you feel a rush!
Hmmm...I like sweet sake.
But I never get tired of sake because I can enjoy so many different flavors! It's wonderful!
I bought this summer sake Nero from my favorite Toichi during my Obon trip. It was dry and refreshing. Tsumami was chicken sashimi from the supermarket and bacon and cheese wrapped in gyoza dumpling skin. I'm trying to keep the price of the entrée low and am looking forward to the next sake 🍶.
