It is a slightly dry sake with a refreshing, slightly effervescent taste and acidity. As it approaches room temperature, it has a fruity flavor that is also delicious!

At a New Year's party with my boss
My friend introduced me to a restaurant with a good reputation and I went there immediately 😊.
It's an upscale little restaurant.
I can only go there with my boss (I can't afford it 😆)
We started with Toichi, a first for both my boss and me.
(But first, a toast 🍺😁)
I see it's a Saga sake!
It's a Junmai sake, 17 degrees. It's fruity and a little bit dry, with a touch of zing, and it's very sake-like (because it's sake 😄).
It goes well with fish.
Hi Rinako 😃
Inviting your boss to a restaurant with a good reputation (gochi-narimasu!) is a good way to get in. is a good way to get in 😁 I think dry sake 🍶 would go well with the food at a small restaurant 😋.
Next up is the East one 😆.
It's been a while 😁.
The side dish will continue to be sashimi ☝️
This sake is not very assertive, but it goes well with the meal...a perfect match 😆.
