It has a gentle and calm standing aroma with a sweet aroma typical of junmai sake, and in the mouth it has a full and broad flavor and sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki. The mouthfeel is very soft, with a wonderful balance of acidity and bitterness.

The gentle crispness went well with the snacks 😋.

I heard that there is a good catch of saury and a poor catch of salmon this year, but I see that tunas are caught in the east of Hokkaido 😲.
