The East one is well taken 😊👍✨✨.
Toichi was my first time too😊🍶.
And Hakutsuru Nishiki🌾.
I took a sip of each one.
I'm drinking it right 😁🍶🍶.
It was a lot of work dealing with all those people 😭
It has a gentle and calm standing aroma with a sweet aroma typical of junmai sake, and in the mouth it has a full and broad flavor and sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki. The mouthfeel is very soft, with a wonderful balance of acidity and bitterness.
Wine barrels I was disappointed that the wine did not have the oak aroma I expected from the aging process.
However, it was flavorful and delicious.
However, I think the cost was a little low.
It was the kind of sake that you can drink without paying 3300 yen.
At the end of last month, after a meeting at work, I went to my favorite pub again 🍻 with a junior colleague.
We were looking forward to seeing the local tuna being fried and served to us: 🐟️
I can't believe they are catching tuna in the east of Hokkaido 🤔The sea temperature is rising. So, it seems that we can't catch any autumn salmon at all 😢Come back salmon! Come back to the river where you were born and raised❗
I chose Toichi's summer limited sake ☀️
The gentle crispness went well with the snacks 😋.
We had red raw tuna, yellowtail and tantaka sashimi ❗Homemade roast beef from Kobe Beef 😍.
Thanks again, Mr. Noodle King!
I heard that there is a good catch of saury and a poor catch of salmon this year, but I see that tunas are caught in the east of Hokkaido 😲.
I am sad to hear about the change in local snacks that are closely related to local sake 😢.
[I've never heard of "tantaka" before, is it a member of the flounder family?
Good evening, Takku0103 😃.
Things from the east of Hokkaido are delicious 🤤When you return to Nemuro, I hope to enjoy with you with good sake and snacks 😆.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
The salmon poor catch is serious 😞 the taste of the east of Hokkaido is 😢.
I am happy and sad to hear that the recent poor catches of autumn fish are better this year, but I am excited to fully enjoy the fall season of appetite 😌.
