I'm not a big fan of Koshu wine, but this is sake.
It was smooth and watery, with no peculiarities at all and features ...... tasted sweet and pear-like from the second sip.
Tasted chilled. Full bodied and flavorful on the front. Big umami, mushroom, forest floor flavors. Full finish that holds for a long while with spice and red pepper. Can't wait to have with food.
This is the last of the Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery.
The izakaya just past the airport security checkpoint was closed.
Disappointing.
I wanted to have one more drink.

Gentle sense of maturity, just like the aroma.
I think this type of Yamada-Nishiki is rare.
If it's Yamadanishiki, why don't you want to make a more straightforward, sweet and umami spreading, royal style?
But this is Yamada-Nishiki!
It may not be to everyone's taste, but it is delicious!
I received this from a person living in Saga. I wonder if there is any difference between the "Waza Waza" version and the "Waza Prefectural" version.
It is mildly smooth and easy to drink.
At my favorite pub❗
The owner of the pub was using an item to light up sake bottles 📸.
Nice touch, but some bottles are obscured by the display 🤣.
Sake from Saga goes perfectly with the local autumn taste ❗
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 🌛.
There was a store in my hometown that had a similar LED display 😁.
It's what we call a "reflection", but I'm afraid it will deteriorate the sake 😅.
