It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Aozora ‼️
This price is a bit too high for a 500mm bottle of Junmai 🤣I'm having a hard time finding a bottle that's only for restaurants 😭
I haven't had this year's Hirotogawa nigori yet, but I thought it tasted similar to Hirotogawa nigori until last year 🧐.
The aroma may be more fresh and fresh 🧐 ‼️
I had Kyoto yellowtail for New Year's. It was fatty but had a nice crispy texture and was very tasty 🤤.
Kyoto is not only for sightseeing but also for good sake and seafood 😟.

I was looking forward to drinking it at New Year's! I like it because it's clean but has a nice umami flavor. I also feel the acidity and sweetness afterwards.
