🙂 Next was Aozora. I thought it would be sweet because it was nigori, but it was dry. You would think it would be sweet because of the pink label. It was refreshing and easy to drink.

Not much aroma. Slightly yellowish. The sake is junmai sake, so you would expect it to be robust, but it has a light mouthfeel. The light sweetness and acidity are pleasant. It is only 500 ml, so it ran out quickly. I wonder if I should throw it away or reuse it after drinking out of the Italian bottle every time. I'm a poor person, aren't I?

Summer sake with a strong umami flavor The aftertaste is light, but from the beginning to the middle of the bottle, it is so full of umami that it feels quite heavy for a summer sake. The sweetness spreads and tastes better at room temperature. 4.00

Choose by looks, and jackets by wine-like appearance. Flavor? The mouthfeel? To be honest, I was disappointed. It didn't have the mellowness of sake, it was more like alcohol. I hope it will change after opening the bottle.
