Sweet, bitter and fruity on the palate. Like grapefruit. The aftertaste is umami and bitter with a clean finish. Delicious.
Congratulations to washu88 on your 3000 check-in ㊗️🎊3000 is too much 😳and the 20 year old Souzou sake? I can't imagine what it tastes like without going to 3000 😋.

First up was a brand I had been curious about, Aozora.
It may seem expensive, but it was a quality sake with a fresh, subtle flavor and sharpness.
