🙂 Next was Aozora. I thought it would be sweet because it was nigori, but it was dry. You would think it would be sweet because of the pink label. It was refreshing and easy to drink.

Not much aroma. Slightly yellowish. The sake is junmai sake, so you would expect it to be robust, but it has a light mouthfeel. The light sweetness and acidity are pleasant. It is only 500 ml, so it ran out quickly. I wonder if I should throw it away or reuse it after drinking out of the Italian bottle every time. I'm a poor person, aren't I?

Choose by looks, and jackets by wine-like appearance. Flavor? The mouthfeel? To be honest, I was disappointed. It didn't have the mellowness of sake, it was more like alcohol. I hope it will change after opening the bottle.

Slightly seme-smelling, but a sweet and tasty one. It is thick. Good balance of sweet and bitter. I have never seen this outside of Kyoto.

Citrusy, pear-like sweetness and acidity🍐. Smooth and refreshing ✨ Grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness in the second half 😁. Clean and refreshing aftertaste 🍐👍️

Really like this sake, got the blue label last year when I was in Japan and the light blue this year. its from Kyoto area and if you like clean crisp sake I recommend it.

I forgot about it for a long time. My daughter gave me this for Father's Day. My personal impression of Kyoto sake is that it is mild and oicy, but it has the freshness I've been drinking for the past few years! Thank you again this year, my daughter!
