Yesterday, I worked in Minato Mirai.
It was a bit heavy work, and I breathed a sigh of relief that I managed to finish it successfully 😀 (though it will still continue from next month onwards).
My colleague asked me if I would like to go to a review meeting (in other words, a drinking party). (in layman's terms, a drinking party) 🥳.
On Friday night, I felt that all the restaurants in sparkling Minato Mirai were full, so I moved to Yokohama station.
And then we went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar),
This place has quite a variety of sake. I wanted to drink a lot of different kinds, but since I was going to the trouble, I decided to try some sake that I had never had before.
Yamahoushi Junmai Bakurai Dry, Nama-nara Sake
Oh, wow! What a strong name!
When you drink it, it's dry (that's right 🤣)
Clear, crisp and sharp!
Sake strength +28 or something like that 😳
I think about 10% of the conversation was a proper reflection 😁.
Hi Takashi 😃
Thanks for the heavy work 😮💨 😌It's important to reflect on such a weekend👍.
Dry sake 🍶 for drinking outside feels good 😋10% talk is enough 🤗.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊.
It was a bit of a nerve-wracking job, but did you manage to get through it? I felt like I had to go and do this! I'm so glad I did 😆.
I like sweet and tasty, but I also like dry and crisp 🤣.

Here is the finishing touch.
The super dry taste of +18 degrees feels robust and delicious.
The real finishing touch was Suehiro's ramen 😆😆.
My child's club game was near the Genmai store, so we visited there, but they were sold out, so we bought our first Yamaboshi instead.
The store's pop-up said it was sweet, but it was not, and I found it to be refreshingly dry. It would have been better if it had a little more umami flavor. I like the taste, but it's not sweet 🤔 No, I'm worried that I might be activating my stupid tongue 😂.
I am not sure if there is a liquor store near my destination to pick me up from club activities, but I have a different motivation these days 🍶.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😊.
Checking the liquor store when you go out is a must 👍
It's always better to keep your sense of taste in mind when it comes to liquor 😆.
Yamaboshi Junmai Ginjo Namaishu "Mugen
The aroma has a vinegar-etching smell and a strong alcohol taste 😌.
Wasanbon type of sweet and sour taste! Alcohol content is 14 degrees, but it seems a bit lighter...? 😇
It is quite easy to drink! (with a clean aftertaste)
My first brand! The blue bottle is beautiful 🤩.
A faint scent of ginjo aroma 💐Slowly in the mouth, the rounded rice flavor spreads slowly, with some sweetness in it 🌾After that comes the bitterness that brings it all together 😋A little more body, so it would go well with meat 🍖So good 🍴😋.
