The first bottle of the new year was Tochigi!
I did not start the New Year with Tochigi sake, but I started with my favorite Yamagata sake ❗
I also had a bottle of Yuki-Megami one day, and it was delicious.
The aroma is mildly sweet, the mouthfeel is thick, and the fruity sweetness spreads! But it has a nice aftertaste that goes down quite smoothly 😆.
