Sake degree plus 28!
I was fooled by the sweet colored male earlier, so I'll have a sake with a gusto! LOL!

Next is Japan's driest? s Yamaboshi.
When it gets "super" it's like a rice shochu? I imagined it would be like rice shochu, but I was wrong.
It smells like magic ink and flows smoothly on the tongue with a tangy 💨
I was surprised by the different aroma from what I expected.
The aroma is sticky, so it would go well with fried food 💡.
Today's evening drink was Yamaboshi's Junmai Bakurai.
It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +28.
Personally, I like to drink it with strong flavored meat dishes.
Yamaboshi Kura-oi Natsu Ginjyo Nama-zume
Alcohol: 16%.
Polishing ratio 60
100% raw material rice: 100% Izuwasanbai from Yamagata Prefecture
Next is the first Yamaboshi, which we have never had before.
It is quite light and nimble, as is typical of summer sake. However, this is a matter of taste 😆.
