I'm not sure, but it was delicious.
The yakitori was so good this morning that I bought some as a souvenir and had some sake that I was about to drink at home.
Rokkasen Yamaboshi, which is ordered on a regular basis.
It is a junmai ginjo with a delicious, mellow, fruity flavor that is very drinkable!
I asked for a refreshing drink at the end and got this.
I've never seen ➕28 before... lol.
And the taste...
I didn't find it to be that dry, as is typical of Yamagata sake.
But it's a refreshing grapefruit!
I like it this way, but it could be a little sweeter. lol.
