First Kanagawa sake "Izumibashi" in Hobeina City!
It is a pure rice sake with a raw yeast yeast base and Omachi rice.
The aroma is mellow and full-bodied, reminiscent of a matured sake.
The acidity of the sake's nama yeast yeast core gives it a rich flavor, yet it does not tire the palate.
The final taste is surprisingly refreshing, with a minerality that will leave you with a refreshing feeling on your tongue. ✨️
I think I turned something off.
Sourness > Sweetness
The first sip was very candy-like.
I thought it had an aroma, too.
My favorite type!
Let's go buy some Ebina as soon as possible!
Izumibashi today. Sake in Ebina, Kanagawa.
This is the first time I have tasted a brand called Raku-fu-mai.
It is slightly thick, fruity, and delicious.
It's a shame that the local grocery store that used to carry a lot of Izumihashi seems to have stopped carrying it.
But aside from that, for the first time in a long time, the lid was hard to open.
I hate this lid.
Good evening, Shikatarou 😃.
Love Kanagawa 😍I'm going through it 👍Rakufu Mai, I've never seen it before either, but it's sake rice 😳It looks easy to drink 😃.
ichiro18, yes, it is easy to drink 😊It was sold normally at the supermarket in front of the station ✨The name is also dragonfly-like, which suits Izumibashi.
Izumibashi's Bay Stars collaboration ICHI-GO-CAN! This is Izumihashi's refreshing Junmai! The price was reasonable for a cup sake, but since Izumihashi is a manufacturer that does not produce its own cup sake, I wish they would expand their sales channels, such as limited to convenience stores in Kanagawa Prefecture.
