Sweet rice aroma...sweet and bitter on the palate, but with good bitterness from Yamada-Nishiki...not as sharp as Yamada-Nishiki...lingering aftertaste. It's a nice, delicious Kanagawa sake...a new discovery! I'm sipping it with some seasonal bluefin tuna and white shrimp....

Long time no see Izumibashi❣️ I wanted to drink Summer Yago Label😍 I got the nigori shuwashuwa one 🙏🙏. The refreshing fizziness is just like the label implies, and when mixed with the nigori flavor, it's a sweet and refreshing paradise 🏝🏖😇. It was so delicious and easy to drink that the small bottle was gone in no time 🤣ahahaha!

Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 17%, 100% Aizan produced in Hyogo Prefecture Sake made with rice from outside of the prefecture, which is rare at Izumihashi. Because it is made from Aizan, one would expect it to be sweet, but it is full of freshness and has a crisp, dry taste.

I always wanted to drink Izumibashi. Not a dragonfly label, but a snowman. It is nigori sake, so it has a taste of rice. It had more sake flavor than I expected. It seems to go well with dishes with strong flavors!
