Aroma is sweet rice, not strong. There is no sinking feeling.
When you include it, the sweetness comes first. It is not fruity, the aroma itself is moderate, and the sweetness is light, like sugar.
There is some acidity, but it is more of a sake-like sourness than a fruit or lactic acidity....
There is quite a bitter taste at the end.
It may not change much after a few days.
It has a light sugar-water sweetness, but it's not too sharp. 13%, but it seems to be cut off by the alcohol.
I thought it was a modern type of sake, so I had a strange feeling of discomfort, but it's more like a classic sake. It is surprisingly drinkable.
It was a little different from what I imagined from the blue bottle and the low alcohol content. It's tasty, but I think it would be easier to drink this time of year if it were a little more refreshing.

The nose has a standing aroma of white peaches and melon. From the mouthfeel, which is free from any catching, a round sweetness with moderate acidity spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is good, but the dark flavor lingers until just before the finish, and this kind of sake quality made me feel that it was more luxurious than it appeared at first glance.
This sake was not mellow, but I didn't think it was as light as it is said to be. Is this another dichotomy?

My favorite Yamada Nishiki. The balance of acidity and flavor that goes well with food is royally good.
