Terroir of Okazaki 🍶 Junmai-shu brewed with "Manzai rice" produced in Okazaki at a milling ratio of 70 I think I could taste some bitterness.... I think I can feel a bit of bitterness... It doesn't lose its edge on the second day either... It doesn't seem to be round. Is it good as a food sake? It's different from the Jungin I drank before... a little disappointing... sorry...

We opened a bottle of the 10th anniversary label of "Ni-Rabbit", one of our favorite brands since we first encountered it at a local liquor store. The usual Omachi 48 has a "異" character added to it. The taste is pleasantly balanced between acidity and umami, and the mouthfeel is firm with a strong umami flavor. I couldn't figure out what made it different from the usual Omachi, but it didn't matter in front of the deliciousness. Ni-Utsuri is already in its 10th year. Compared to Maruishi Brewery's 333rd anniversary in 2023, this bottle may not have been born yet, but it is one that I hope to be associated with for a long time to come. Delicious ‼️

Ni-Hare" by a sake brewery located in Okazaki! We purchased it at the Chohyo Spring Festival at the direct sales store! About Ni-Toshi - SWEET FIRE The sweetness spreads from the moment it enters the mouth. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste until the end 🧐. Not that it matters about the taste, It seems to be a new product.

Ni-Hare" by a sake brewery located in Okazaki! We purchased it at the Chohyo Spring Festival at the direct sales store! About Ni-Hare - Rabbit and Tortoise The taste is clean but not sweet. You can taste the rice flavor well afterwards 🧐. It was a type of sake I had not had before! Not that it matters about the taste, but it seems It looks like I was allowed to buy the new label.

Note the opening of the bottle: ❗️The tremendous fizzy sensation is very much anticipated: ☺️ The nose is enticingly fruity, like ripe melon 🍈. The mouthfeel is fizzy but smooth thanks to the fine microbubbles 🤤. The balance between the refreshing sweetness, bitter flavor, and the silky Oli is superb 😋. It's a great bottle that is full of freshness but still expresses the good taste of sake 😋 ❗️ The presence of omachi is also great: ❗️ Too good🤤🤤🤤.
