Sweet and delicious😍It has a plump, broad sweetness and richness, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp! Some sweet-odd tastes have a long and messed up aftertaste, but none of them are found in this Ni-Utsu! Delicious! I want to win a small ticket, but I want to win steadily 😘.

. Two rabbits, two wolves. I learned that the concept is different from year to year and bought it two years in a row. This year's sake is "low-polished" and is 80% polished rice ah-i-yama ❤️. The aroma when just opened was plum? The first taste is a plum-like sourness, and as the sourness recedes, it slowly gives way to a slight sweetness and umami. The next day, the sweet and sourness becomes even more pronounced, but as the day goes on, the sweetness gradually becomes more subdued and comes to the fore. I bought a limited fresh batch of Erwolf on Maruishi Day. The aroma is sweet. In the mouth, sourness and sweetness come softly, with a little astringency at the end, and because it is raw, it is fresh and delicious. Nice to meet you brand part 3 bought online. Sweet and fruity aroma after opening the bottle. Sweet and bitter but sharp. No gassy feeling. I thought the lingering taste was more acidic. The alcohol content is 16%, but it tastes stronger than that.

This is the first time I have heard of this sake rice. The aroma is quite grain-like, with even a hint of savory flavor. But there is also a lactic acidity like yogurt in the back, which is somewhat strange. The mouthfeel is super smooth. It has an acidity like that of Yamahai, and a sense of rich maturity. But the body itself is not that heavy, and it disappears with a strong bitterness and alcohol. Is this a characteristic of the rice? I was a bit puzzled by the taste, which was not what I expected from Ni-Rabbit. But it is certainly delicious. It would also look good at room temperature or warmed. Postscript I looked it up and found out that this sake rice is used only by Nitoshi! What a precious rice!

It is Yamada Nishiki from Nisato👯🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a full-bodied sweetness with a hint of acidity. It finishes with a slight astringency. I think it is the most well-balanced and my favorite of the two hares I have had so far. It was delicious!

Even a sake novice had heard of Nito. It was sold exclusively at a department store and I bought it on impulse. There were several varieties, so I asked the sales clerk what was the most refreshing, and she recommended Yamadanishiki. It has a clear acidity that even the layman's palate can understand! I was looking at the word of mouth and someone wrote "apple" and I completely agree. It is very easy to drink because there is little caffeine in it! I am looking forward to seeing how the taste will change over time.
