Maruishi Brewery has abolished the traditional toji (master brewer) and kurabito (brewer) system, and instead has adopted a "tank-responsible brewing" style in which all employees are involved in the sake brewing process. The aroma is the same as above, sweet apple 🍎, which whets the appetite for sake 🤤.
The gasiness🫧🫧 in the mouth has decreased but the sweetness has increased 🎶🤤🤤🤤🤤🫧 but the sweetness has also increased when mixed with lees❄🎶😆😆 😅I personally want this sweetness from the opening of the bottle🎶😆😆.
