This 10th anniversary limited edition sake 🍶 is a daiginjo with a robust flavor that is unique to my favorite Ni-Toshi. I will continue to drink it as a fan of Nitoshi!

It's a kijoshu, so it's sweet, but not too sweet, and I like it very much!
I should have bought two bottles!

Today, we opened a bottle of our favorite "Nito" kijo sake.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami, and a soft sweetness that spreads gently on the palate. It is better as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink than as a mid-meal drink.
The 500ml bottle is a bit extravagant, but I thought it would be nice to drink it as a celebratory drink on a special occasion. Delicious ‼️

This is the first time to drink Ni-Utsu no Ii.
The aroma is sweet, like vanilla or rumney. Contrary to the aroma, there is an astringency on the palate that squeezes on the tip of the tongue, reminding me of a white wine😲I think this is an unusual flavor profile for Ni-Rabbit.
I think it would go well with cheese, ajillo, and other western-style foods.
As the temperature rises, I think the flavor and sweetness come out. Delicious✨
