☀️
This is a very nice Jusui.
It has a clean sweetness that is typical of Jusui 😙.
The slight bitterness at the end is similar to Oyama.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and you feel a softer throat ☺️
I thought it was a great technique to be able to finish so well with 88% polished rice: ⭐️
☀️
I went to the Sake Prefecture Yamagata Fair🤗.
◾️ Oyama
Highly aromatic, round sweetness with an astringent taste at the end.
The finish leaves a faint aftertaste but disappears quickly 😌.
◾️jusui
Clean peach sweetness 🍑.
Clean and straight through the throat➡️
A clear sake with a clear and transparent taste.
Naturally, both are worthy of a beautiful sake 🥰.
Oyama, foaming Jusui was opened 🎉.
In my review of Oyama, which I drank for the first time the other day, Kozo told me that Oyama has a delicious nigori-jusui, so I was looking for it and...
I came across a sparkling Jusui 😆.
Apparently, they made a sparkling sake based on the nigori Jusui, so I thought I'd give it a try 🤗 and took him out for a drink! I brought him along🤗.
So I'll have some right away 🥂.
Since it is a sparkling sake, I opened the bottle carefully.
I poured it gently. It's clear.
I thought it was cloudy. 🤔.
Well, it doesn't matter. Let's drink it anyway 🍶.
Not much aroma.
Slightly fruity sweetness in the mouth, and a shrieking carbonation.
No bitterness, astringency or sourness.
The second half of the bottle is quite pungent, but the strong carbonation keeps the spiciness from being felt.
The carbonation gives it a refreshing aftertaste.
Where did the nigori go?
Shake the bottle slowly and pour it again...
Wow, a pure white nigori came out. ‼️
When I drank it, I think it became milky and a little thicker.
The mild foaminess gives it a pungent taste, but it seems to be counteracted by the milky feeling.
In a word, slightly milky sparkling water.
I think it could be a little sweeter 😅.
It's not assertive, so it doesn't interfere with the meal, but it's one more step 🤣.
Good morning, Hinahana mama 🌞I haven't heard of Jusui in a while 👀I guess it's a little thin on flavor 🤔I sure would like some sweetness ✨I'm enjoying trying new sakes more and more 💕.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
I'm glad you're taking on this new challenge with the information from Sake-no-Wa-san 🎵.
I used to get Oyama-san as a clear sake at a sushi restaurant, and I have the impression that it has a beautiful mouthfeel, although it may depend on the sake's structure 😋.
Hi Nao888😃Thanks for your comment...not too thin? I think it's a sake to enjoy the taste of rice🌾, the milky taste of nigori and the shuwashu🫧 ☺️ it wasn't sweet enough for me 😅I like plenty sweet and sour ❣️
Hi ma-ki-, thank you for your comment 😃Thank you for your comment 😃I learned again that Jusui no Sumi Sake would certainly go well with sushi because of the gentle sweetness of the rice ❗️ I learned that sparkling wine is difficult to make 😆 It may double in taste with the food it is paired with ❣️
Hi Hina Hana Mama 🐦.
I'm curious about the Jusui I've been seeing lately😊I've been looking at it and it looks delicious as it's getting hot and humid: ❣️
I'm afraid to shake the foam nigori, so what if it doesn't come out nigori 😂.
Hi Ponchan 😃Thanks for your comment...yes, I know! I was scared to shake the sparkling wine😱I shook it softly and it came out cloudy and relieved😮💨 when it gets hot, sparkling wine is good too❣️ it went down my throat😘.
Hinahana Mama 💕Good evening😊Jusui I remember it was delicious too❗️😆It's true that fizzy and nigori are difficult to drink! The label looks very gentle, but it's not too sweet 🤫I know exactly what you mean 💖.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃I was curious about this sparkling Jusui when I saw it in Kanazawa! I'm so grateful to know more about it because I was curious about the taste since I gave up on this sake in tears! And now I want it even more 😭.
Good evening, Peckho😄Thanks for your comment...I see you've had Jusui... ❣️ I have trouble matching sparkling wine with food 😅I wonder if it goes well with oily food 🤔It was too sweet for me too 🤣.
Good evening, Wakata 😄Thank you for your comment 👍I'm glad your review was helpful 👍A crisp sparkling wine is good for summer 😆I'm sure you'll find it somewhere 🥰I'll be waiting for your review when you get it 😘.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃Thanks for your comment......................................crispy dry shwash 🫧Oops! Katakana on parade🤣A little more acidity might be best for you two, but you're welcome to try it 🥰.
HinaHanaMama-san
Hi.......this fizzy Jusui might be a little bit crisp 🤔If you want it sweeter, it might be a little bit tough 🤔I think the non-fizzy nigori was a little bit sweeter, so please try it....
Hi Kozou-san, thanks for your comment 😃I should have started with Kozou-san's recommendation 😅You can't skip a step 😅I will climb the next big mountain from Nigori 🙇♀️ I will climb the next big mountain from Nigori ❣️ Don't be in a hurry to drink and live your life 😆.
