This is my first sake.
I went to a liquor store I recently discovered and found it there, so I bought a four-pack for now.
This time I had a bit of trouble opening the bottle. It was harder than I thought it would be, and since it was new sake, I opened it carefully, but it only sizzled and I was able to open it safely.
The aroma is fresh, as is typical of new sake. On the palate, there is a slight piquancy, then a sweetness, then a bitterness, and then a mildness that passes through the nose. Then, there is a mild acidity that passes through the nose.
As sake lovers will understand, it is a little less sharpness and a little more sweetness than AKABU. It seems a little sweet to me, but I will try to catch up with them as they seem to offer seasonal sake throughout the four seasons.
I visited Okage Yokocho again and bought a sake that I did not taste and drink properly at the recent Okage Yokocho Shinmamesai (New Year's Tasting Festival).
It is a rather sweet sake with a low sake content, but it has a fizzy and refreshing taste.
It is very tasty and the taste spreads in the mouth.

I love the taste of the wine, it has a nice sweetness and a great spread of flavor.

Iwate gives the impression of being an akabu, but I found a purple space that I was curious about. It has a surprisingly robust flavor. It has a little melon flavor.
