The aroma does not rise much.
When you taste it, you will be surprised by its sweet impact. Lychee and grape-like aroma.
The first taste is sweet and fresh rice flavor with a sense of purity.
A bit of bitterness balances it out.
Taste: 3.5/5
I am on an expedition to Iwate 📖.
After finishing my work, I went to a stylish Machinuka restaurant recommended by a local.
I'm having 🥟Iwate's local sake at a stylish Machinuka restaurant recommended by a local. The snacks are a hybrid of Chinese and izakaya (Japanese style pub) ❗️ which is great 👏👏.
Donko sashimi is soooo good 😂.
If it were in my neighborhood, I'd go there every day ❗️ without a doubt ❗️
And the background music is great!
Great lineup of local sake 👍!
I'm a bit of a meeja 😅 I'm going to try the purple air 🍶.
It goes well with sashimi and sesame oil-based Chinese dishes!
We are enjoying the rich nourishment of late autumn.
Thank you, Iwate Prefecture 😊.
Autumn leaf label🍁.
The first day was not so good...
The flavor is not my favorite 🤔.
After a few days, it changed nicely.
It was mild and good when lukewarm, but....
But it lacks the impact it had when it first debuted 😢.
I went to buy sake for my son.
He is going home for a week from Friday, so I bought sake for him.
Under my influence, his favorite thing to drink is sake 😁.
And while I'm at it, I drink the most 🤣Nama sake and purple air....no doubt delicious. Sweet and tasty!
It goes great with meat and potatoes... â
This was not the one my son liked....to be continued
Purchased on a trip with my parents.
I bought this one after comparing the same purple air at a corner shop.
It was so easy to drink that my father and I drank about half of it together after we had finished a bottle.
I was told that this sake is made by a female master brewer.
Another brand I drank at the end of August.
Junmai Ginjo Autumn Leaves label from Shisora.
It is a hiyaoroshi, or autumn-aged sake.
I bought it for drinking at home for the first time in a while.
When I took a sip, it was surprisingly strong.
It had a strong sweetness to it, and perhaps because I had drunk four kinds of dry sake the day before at Shinmei, I felt it was a little heavy.
I was a little bit heavy. 😅
After all, it seems that our sense of taste is changing with age 😱.
My wife always checks me to make sure I don't drink continuously! but the food served to me makes me go into sake mode~! 😁😁
Then I get scolded, "I won't listen to that excuse! So I just drink about 1 gou and put it away in the fridge as soon as possible. 😅
I'm so sad 🤣💔.
I can't believe I'm going back to the fridge after 1 gou 😳
But you have to take care of your body to enjoy sake 🍶 for a long time 😆👍🍶✨✨.
Good evening, CHIKA!
Yes, it is true.
But I'm at the age where if I accumulate more than I want to, the flavor will not be as good as I would like it to be 😁.
I tell myself it is important to take a rest.
Tomorrow is the dawn of Sakasui!
Unfiltered Unrefined Unrefined Sake "SHI-UCHU" with a strong sense of rice character
The mild sweetness and beautiful acidity are typical of Murasakyuu.
You can drink this everyday and never get tired of it ^ ^.
Its fresh juiciness is delicious on its own, but it was a perfect match with Japanese autumn dishes. The flavor and depth increases as the days go by.
If you find it again, you must get it.
First drink at the sake bar we stopped at in Morioka.
Tonight, only Iwate sake.
I don't mind coming to the naturally tangy end of the spectrum.
Alcohol 15 degrees
Sake rice variety Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 55
Yeast: Giovanni's research
Acidity 1.7
I was curious about these two in the cold storage on the second floor, so let's take them!
Purple space that reminds me of autumn
I wonder if it's hiya oroshi.
It was light and fruity!
The black label next to it is eerie, so I thought this Murasaki Chuu might be a chaser!
