It can be purchased at a local supermarket for a little over 1,000 yen, so it has become a regular sake that is excellent in terms of cost performance.
This junmai-shu is produced by Miyazaki Honten in Yokkaichi, Mie, which is famous for its Kou shochu, KINMIYA. Slightly sweet like a rice cake, this sake is suitable for a leisurely evening drink. It is a soothing sake to drink when you are down in the dumps. It is good at room temperature, but even better warmed.
Miyanoyuki Junmai Ginjo
Apple-like aroma and taste. It may be a capsule type taste.
The taste is refreshing and fruity. It has a moderate acidity and sweetness.
Delicious, but not my favorite type of sake.
I bought it because it was on sale for tasting.
I have not often chosen Yamahai, but I still think it is a little sour. It is easier to drink than I expected. It is good on its own, but I think I could enjoy it with a meal as well.
4.5 stars
Floral aroma with a hint of kumquat-like fragrance.
Smooth and clear taste, too easy to drink.
The Junmai version is also a little less aromatic, crisp and tasty!
I mean, it's KINMIYA, I've exposed my weakness 😅.
A little interval has passed, but...
Aiya Festival 2024 Spring (7)
I received this as a birthday gift 🙏 This is the fourth and last one!
The person who sent it to me said that he/she had purchased it on amazon in january but it didn't ship until later😅.
I mean, it was right around the time I went to Shonryakuji Temple💦.
It finally arrived at the beginning of March🤣.
I wonder if neither amazon nor the warehouse had it in stock and they had to wait for the warehouse to manufacture it before they could ship it 🙄 since it was manufactured in late February.
It arrived on the day of the week by Yamato delivery, which is rare for amazon these days 💦 Maybe it was because they were running late 🤔.
I was curious about this one because Nemuchi gave it a high rating 😁.
The brewery is famous for Kimmiya shochu. This is the first time I've had sake.

Voluptuous, delicious and gorgeous. The sweetness is a bit reserved but bursting with fruity.
There's also a strong sense of bitterness and sake.
I'd like to try some of this brewery's unpasteurized sake.
bouken, good evening 🌛I'm really impressed with the black bottle of Yamadanishiki Jungin with this font Miya no Yuki, so I hope you drink it 😋The other classic and fashionable labels are not so impressive 🤣.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃
I'd like to try Miyano Snow Yamadanishiki, it's reviewed to be like Genmai's Yamadanishiki 😋.
I'm curious to know how it differs from the Aizan Nama Nama Sake 🤔.
