It has a soft and gentle flavor, without the unpleasant tartness of Yamahai.
The lingering aftertaste is unexpectedly tangy, but not so much that it is spicy, but rather that it tightens up the flavor, creating a good balance.
I would like to match it with gently seasoned obanzai.
Before you take it into your mouth, you feel the aroma and flavor that is typical of Miyanoyuki. After that, the density is good and one senses a nice flavor.
I thought it was a delicious sake with a moderate sweetness and good acidity, followed by just the right amount of bitterness to make it crisp, clear, and easy to drink.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a sweetness like yogurt and a little sourness, and when it went down my throat, I felt a tangy sake-like flavor.......! It was magic 🪄.

I drank it cold.
The color is clear with just a hint of yellow.
The nose has a gorgeous fruity aroma with hints of pineapple and tropical fruits, with a firm ripe fruity aroma.
On the palate, there is a ripe fruit-like sweetness and caramel-like richness, with a hint of black chocolate after swallowing.
Overall, the wine has a full-bodied, robust, and rich flavor, but the sharp bitterness and weak spiciness linger on the tongue as a lingering aftertaste.
It is hard to find a 4-pack bottle.
The rich, molasses flavor is similar to that of Takachiyo's Ipponjiki.
