It was a daiginjo, but it was not rich in aroma. I think I prefer Kimmiya shochu.

This is also a brewery in Yokkaichi City, and they seemed to be okay with the damage from the heavy rain.
We know that Miyanosetsu's Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki is delicious, so we tasted their other wines.
Miyanoyuki is not sold by any special distributor, but I was told that it is available at Yodobloom SAKE in Umeda, Osaka.
◉Miyanoyuki Junmai Ginjo Omachi
When I told him I had never seen it before, he said it was released last fall.
It's rather refreshing, and not too much like Omachi. It is well-balanced with a hint of acidity.
◉Miya no Yuki Daiginjo
It has a tangy sake taste, but it's not unpleasant.

Aizan is a juicy sake with a deep, full-bodied taste. It has a deep, full-bodied taste. The lingering aftertaste is deep and to my liking.

Another sake that is refreshing for an Omachi, but juicy and delicious.
The label is different between the raw sake and the watered-down version.

Alcohol content: 13 degrees
The color is clear.
As with pure rice, when you put it in your mouth, you can smell the aroma of rice and feel a slight sourness, followed by a gentle sweetness that spreads on the palate.
It is not too sticky at the end though, and is very refreshing.
It's low in alcohol content for a sake, so it's easy to drink.
