I bought this sake as a gift for my wife when I visited Ise Jingu Shrine with my daughter.
I told the owner of the sake shop that I prefer fruity sake, and he recommended it to me.
The fruity aroma spread in the mouth and was immediately followed by a spicy taste that hit the back of my throat, but it was very pleasantly stimulating. It is the first time in a long time that I have had a hit sake! You can enjoy a very delicious strong flavor.
Miyanoyuki Junmai Sake
Slightly alcoholic. Sake quality is relatively calm. Good acidity and sweetness. Slightly apple-like taste. Light and pleasant to drink. Smooth on the tongue.
It is light and very easy to drink.
It is light but has a firm sweetness and richness.
It is like a fresh strawberry.
Delicious~!
Aizan is my favorite.
Rich flavor
You can enjoy its milky, full-bodied sweetness and umami, and the moderate acidity gives it a refreshing aftertaste that will keep you sipping!
