In the mouth, there is a gorgeous aroma of unfiltered raw sake, followed by the sweetness and umami unique to Asahi rice.
The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing aroma that lingers on the nose, unique to Tagaji, and goes very well with sea bream sashimi.
Beach Terrace
Aroma reminiscent of pineapple yogurt with a hint of sourness. The mouthfeel is clean and clear, with a hint of acidity. The nose is slightly smoky with strong cotton-like overtones, and finishes with a sense of minerality and bitterness while maintaining a sense of transparency.
It has a refreshing and easy-drinking mouthfeel, like a tropical cocktail. It is balanced by aromas and bitterness in the latter half of the bottle, which is interesting.

The third bottle of Tagaji I was able to get. I wanted to drink Asahi.
The rice flavor and acidity are outstanding. It has a nice sharp taste. I am not tired of drinking it.
I would like to visit the Juhachimori Brewery in Kurashiki someday.
unfiltered, unfiltered sake (raw)
Slightly effervescent but with a concentrated rice flavor.
The flavor of the rice was concentrated.
Delicious 🍶.
The yeast used is Association No. 9.
Is it just me or does it taste similar to No. 6? Easy to drink and delicious!
Purchased online at Takeda Wine and Sake in Okayama City.
This is the second bottle of Tagaji I was able to get.
The acidity from the Yamahai process stands out more than the sweetness. It is slightly thick and drinkable, but has a nice crisp aftertaste and a good amount of bitterness.
Dry wood aroma
The aroma is very discreet. The clear mouthfeel gives a sense of minerality. After that, a hint of woody aroma rises, and the taste is smooth and crisp.
