Fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma, a sourness that comes up in the mouth, a slightly peculiar koji-like aroma, and a richness with a depth and three-dimensionality that is unique to KASHIBA MIND, based on its umami.
I wanted to register with Hatsuhonoka because the name of Joy Hikari is not on the label, but I can't... 😭 Can't register new anymore?
