I always take pictures of the bottles, but they were so good I drank them all in no time, so I only took the pictures I was allowed to take at the store. It was so delicious!
The mouthfeel is refreshing. As is typical of matured sake, the acidity comes, but the aftertaste disappears as easily as water. It is a sake that fits well with the body and does not give off a bad taste. Delicious.
Brewed with Yamagata's Dewa Sanzan
Yamagata's sake 🍶.
You can taste the unique nigori rice flavor

Even though it is nigori, it is very beautiful with no cloying taste.
The sharpness is also good, and you can feel the good balance from start to finish.

The fourth cup was Shiroro Taruzu. This is the first time to drink this light nigori. It is a sake from Tsuruoka, Yamagata, where the three of us went to visit before.
I was late, but I enjoyed it for a little over an hour.
It was time to end the celebration!
It takes about an hour to cook rice after ordering it, so my friends ordered it for me!
Scallops with rice (🍚)!
I paired this with a light nigori of Yamagata sake Shiroro Taruzu!
Lately, Yamagata and Akita are competing for my sake!
If you find Yamagata, drink it!
The subtle taste of white peach is delicious 😋!
The three of us broke up and headed home.
Today's party is to celebrate my college classmate's ____!

It's been a while since I've posted,
Sorry I've been slacking.
I really recommend this sake, although it is not often introduced,
It is not too spicy nor too sweet, but a well-balanced sake,
It's not too hot, not too sweet, and well balanced.
It is a special junmai sake, 3080 yen including tax,
It's not fruity, but it has a guttural sake feel to it, and it's delicious. It seems to be recommended to be heated, so I would like to drink it lenching later.
