Purchased after tasting at the brewery
Oh my god, it's unbelievably good 🐎What is this, a fancy pastry? I can't believe it 🍰...
Too fruity...
Is this really sake?
I can't explain it any more...
It's just superb✨
When poured into a glass, it has a gorgeous, sweet aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly thickened and mellow.
There is a strong sweetness, and a sharp bitterness that stays in the front part of the throat.
The bitterness seems to finish you off.

Delicious! Slightly sweet, with a hint of oak (I have a silly nose) and a pleasantly mellow mouthfeel ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
It was even better than I expected 🥰.
The "W" I bought before was also very good, so maybe I like the sake brewed by Watanabe Shuzo!
Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama City. Also sold at the brewery.
It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki.
Like Kyokusiden, it is sold in single-batch bottles.
It has a fruity aroma and an easy-drinking balance of sourness and sweetness in the mouth.
The design and color of the label may be different.
Purchased at a local supermarket. I have a weakness for tags that say "super-limited" or "special order. I immediately drank it at home. The mouthfeel is sweet and round. It is sweet and round on the palate with a strong sense of umami. I thought it would be dry, so I was surprised. The aftertaste is tightened by a bitter taste. It is delicious.
