I got it from kino. I think he probably gave it to me in my image 😌.
Light but fruity aroma.
The mouthfeel is dry and the sweetness and umami of the rice comes to the fore, with a bitter taste that expands in the mid-palate and disappears nicely. There is no aftertaste, and it is a model of a beautiful jun-dai sake.
It is served slowly while bringing the temperature back to room temperature.

Miscellaneous impressions
This is a lot I saw at a liquor store I visited for the first time.
The lot I happened to find happened to coincide with the birthday of my favorite group Queens Nanami, so I got it.
The taste is clean, sweet, and very carefully made, just the way I like it. This is good! I became a fan after one sip.
Today I went to the Watanabe Sake Brewery's warehouse festival!
There was a limited edition sake directly from the tank that I found at the brewery festival, so I had to buy it.
The taste is very good, with a good balance of sweetness and sourness and a light, refreshing flavor.
It has a nice aroma and a throat hit that I can't get enough of!
I think it tastes a little like rice shochu.
The Kura Matsuri was the best!
4.2 stars★★★★☆
Hourai today.
I almost forgot about this one, and it was just about to remain hidden.
This is a commemorative sake that received 5 stars for 6 consecutive years in the World Sake Brewery Ranking 2024.
It has a limited lot number.
It is not watered down and has a "rich and powerful aroma with a deep umami flavor that is well pronounced. It has a rich, powerful aroma and a deep umami flavor with a pleasantly sharp aftertaste. The introduction says, "It has a rich, powerful aroma and a deep umami flavor with a pleasantly crisp finish.
It is indeed powerful, but it is also rounded and mellow, ending with a dry bitterness.
The fact that it is wrapped in newspaper and recommended to be served on the rocks is interesting and nice!
