Hourai, a sake that holds fond memories for me.
When I was doing my usual shopping at the local Aeon, I noticed an unusual sake label on a shelf that was hard to notice.
I looked closely and saw it was Hourai. However, it was a limited edition sake.
Although it was beyond my budget for dinner, I was lured by the limited edition and bought it.
The taste was strong right after opening the package!
But personally, it is perfect for sipping after dinner, not for drinking at night.

A special order item found at Aeon?
It was sweet, tasty, sharp and delicious.
I have the impression that they often put a lot number on it and sell it as a limited edition.
6.0
The fruity taste is moderate and just right. It has a sweet and sour taste at first, and a spicy and alcoholic aftertaste that lingers for a while. If you keep drinking it, the aftertaste will be too much.

I wonder if it's all Chinese characters and marketing for Chinese people. ⁉︎ It's slightly sweet and tasty, though.
This is the second bottle I purchased at the brewery festival.
The aroma is especially good, and the fruity and refreshing taste is very delicious.
The aroma is like fruit juice, and the refreshing sweetness is exquisite.
