In Aomori. First overnight business trip in a while. However, I was accompanied by my boss. I didn't go to a restaurant of my choice. After 9, I finally found sake at one's after-party. This sushi restaurant is famous for its strong looking rolls. You can hardly see the rice 😄. There was also tasake, but I dare you to try it here. There was also a sake called "tasake," but we chose Sakuta, which is not often seen outside of the prefecture. The aroma was mild. The aroma is mild and light on the palate, but the taste is rich and full-bodied. The aroma is gentle and light on the palate, but it has a full-bodied, rich flavor. It goes perfectly with the salty taste of the musubiaki rolls. It was a very sharp sake. ☆3

Good evening, Yukachin-san! The ones in front are sea urchin rolls and mackerel rolls. This is about 2,000 yen. The sea urchin is delicious, but the musubi roll goes best with sake😄. It also relieves fatigue.

The aroma is mildly sweet and fruity, followed by a classic dry aroma, and when you taste it on your tongue, you will find a slight pear taste, a slightly strong and pleasant acidity, and a bitter taste, which quickly disappears. Delicious! I like it. It reminds me of a white wine with a calm acidity. It can be served by itself or as an in-between-dinner drink. I served it cold this time. I heard that it is recommended to be served at 10℃ Hanakairo or 40℃ lukewarm. If you go to Aomori, buy this one! It is hard to find outside of Aomori.

I've been in my parents' house in Aomori since yesterday ☺️. The first one of the New Year holidays is here! Aomori Prefecture is Sakuta in Shichinohe Town👍. The aroma is mild, but The aroma is mild, but a bit apple-like and refreshing. The taste is similar to Hato Masamune, but It's a little crisper than the Hato Masamune 🤗. It is a true Aomori sake with a delicious dry taste😋. Great with food❗️ It's the best sake to pair with It's the best when paired with something with a strong flavor❗️❗️ I love it with codfish😍.
